Evening: Gym:
Incline bench press - 4x 10 reps
Cable flys - 3x 10 reps
Close grip bench press - 3x 12 reps
Tricep kick back - 3x 15 reps
Behind neck dumbbell press - 3x 12 reps
Deadlifts (heavy) - 1st set - 8 ... 2nd set - 10 ... 3rd set - 10 ... 4th set - 8
2.4km treadmill run (steady state) averaging 13 km/h (had a tweak in my right ankle so took it easy)

+Protein shake
